Is there a contract for a wholesale partnership deal??
Good morning beautiful people,
I was called and was given an offer to become a partner in a wholesale deal. The other wholesaler already has the house under contract, and needs me (also a wholesaler) to do the marketing and find the buyer.
What contract would I use for this type of partnership deal?
Your advice will be much appreciated!!
