Hello, I’m a new investor located in Queens, NY. I’m trying to connect with experienced investors to help get my business off the ground. I’ve started my own wholesale LLC AND already have calls rolling in. I do however need guidance on closing deals. I have no quarries with sharing profit, I’m here to learn first. If any can offer their assistance I would greatly appreciate it.

I essentially say the same thing on almost every post like this that I write on. You need to add value to someone in order for them to want to mentor you.
Splitting profits is great but if I’m a successful wholesaler doing lots of deals what do I gain by splitting profit with you and losing lots of my own time?
Network, bring value and you’ll be amazed at what happens. Posting on here blindly will likely be unsuccessful. Go attend Reias and what not as well
Thanks Caleb for the advice. I’ll definitely take it into consideration. I believe I have a lot to offer. I’m young, with plenty of time and energy. I’m no so much interested in sharing small profits, but instead closing deals for myself and a mentor. As I get better I’m positive I can add to their portfolio and help close more deals they may not had the time for. Two heads are better than one.
