Hey investors! New to the huntington tri state area. I'm looking for an investor friendly title company that works with wholesalers. I've called a few in my city but none allow assignments or double closings. Please. Any suggestions would be awesome. I've got a great deal underway and I need to move quickly.
I've been away from the forums for awhile (working on my own deals) but I would suggest Flynn, Max, Miller, Miller. They have done a few of my closings, one of which was a 1031.
