Anyone been to the Zack Childress's seminar last month in NJ? Or attended any of his, at all? How was it??
I heard that he taught how to wholesale REOs in that seminar and we can just follow his system and do it by ourselves (even if we don't buy his MLS Guerrilla software)?

Well my advice is forget the seminar bullcrap. A majority of them are nothing but upsells to much more expensive coaching programs.
Stay here on BP and learn up from the massive amounts of info here. You can learn a lot of stuff here more then you can at some expensive bootcamp,seminar or whatever you want to call it. And the best part it's free and Josh won't upsell you any expensive programs.
Well maybe the $50,000 coaching program on how to flip ocean front property in Iowa to motivated dummies but that's a different story :mrgreen:
Thanks for your input! I was just curious about the content of the seminar (aside from selling their products), because there are always some good free info.
