I am just starting out with my wholesaling business. I have made 2 deals so far but I am a newbie! I want to make this a real business for myself! But the only way that I can generate more revenue is to get my leads and close more deals! So I am already thinking about hiring Virtual Assistants to assist me by cold calling prospects. I know that this will be the eventual next step in the process but I want to know if I may be getting ahead of myself? I would love to hear some honest advice and feedback. Be real with me! What you need to do is to start marketing so that sellers call you rather than you calling them.
But, if you want a virtual assistant, hire one when you know what to do and what to tell them to say when they make the calls. No sense paying someone who is not going to get the response you're looking for.
And, when you can afford to pay them. Until then, you need to do the calls and learn that part of your business for yourself.

I need to know enough to be able to create a solution for them. Doesn't mean it's the solution they end up choosing, but I am able to help others and am always available to do so.
They're looking for help. When you're able to offer it, they will come to you. Finding you comes from marketing.

Great advise @Karen Rittenhouse ! Yes, before you hire virtual assistants, it's always best to try it for yourself first so you know what script works. It also helps if you are prepared before you hire cold callers such as a great list, systems and tools, and budget. Yes, doing marketing can attract buyers. I hired a virtual assistant team to assist me with operations such as skiptracing, transaction coordination, acquisition and disposition, including email and other marketing strategies.
