There is a lot of new people who are coming in to this new market and have no idea where to start including myself. I have listening to the Flip 2 freedom podcast and wholesale inc podcast. They are both very convincing but Flip 2 Freedom has outdated information and Wholesale inc. has a high start up cost with no guarantees.
The best way to start is not to spend your money on a "program". Read the BP beginner's guide, listen to all the BP podcasts on Wholesaling, and read Brandon's No/Low Money Down book from the BP store.
