We’re working on getting our first property, our plan is to buy a multi family. We’re in Canton Ohio and want to buy near decent school district. How do we go about creating a spreadsheet so we have better knowledge when buying our first property?
@Mike Bowling check out the tools on the BP website (after you have signed in) Great tool for this, regarding an excell spreadsheet, you’d have to go into the files section of BP.
@Mike Bowling Welcome to BP. I agree with Darson's email above. Check out the file place. Work through them to figure things out and then you can make your own after you get comfortable. What kind of MF are you looking for? Which School Districts?
