Hello! My name is Daniel. I’m new to BiggerPockets and I’m enjoying a lot and learning as well. I’m from Canada and I will like to invest in US. How can open a bank account being a Canadian Permanent Resident and should I open a company to start doing wholesale or should I start onder my name.

It would be smart, if anything goes wrong then it is blamed not the company and it’ll protect your personal name. It is not required but it is pretty simple to register for an llc or something similar.
