I live in the Philadelphia area and I’m looking for anyone who knows how to get the delinquent tax property list, properties that have not gone to the tax auction yet . Can anyone in the Pennsylvania or Philadelphia are especially help me on this one

Hi @Account Closed, below is the link to the Philadelphia Sheriff sale lists. You can filter it out by type of auction (tax or mortgage) and date of auction you are looking for. Once you have the list you can export it with the addresses.
