I’ve been learning about wholesaling and investing for over a year and yet not ready to start my own investing yet but would like to use this time to gain valuable experience from someone successfully wholesaling who would like help cold calling prospective sellers. I supervise a small call center (non real estate) and would like to learn the wholesaling part of this before I start on my own. I’d be calling from mountain standard time and available in the late afternoons/early evenings. I have a pleasant voice and personable in the phones and would love to form a win win relationship.
