What are some good title/closing companies in California?
Hey BP community, I am fairly new to the real estate business and looking for a title company to start completing some wholesale deals! I’m currently located in Hawthorne, California so I also tired narrowing down my marketing specifically in this area. If you know about a good title company that is investor/wholesaler friendly that would be helpful. Also any other tips about wholesaling in general would also be appreciated.

@Emmett C Rodulfo Stewart title company is pretty good. Closed 2 deals with them with no issues.
