I always use https://www.wyregisteredagent.net/ to do mine and recommend them. Wyoming is the best state for this. You will still need a foreign entity registration in your state. I have 46 LLC's.

Do you have to have the LLC in the state where you own the rentals? In the state where you live? Why do so many people use Wyoming?

Should you have an LLC for each property, or did you group properties? I realize grouping properties could be risky if sued.
