Is Hometownbuyersclub.com a legitimate wholesaler?

I recently began investigating a house  this wholesaler has under contract in Indiana. Has anyone had any experience with hometownbuyersclub.com either good or bad? They are based in Winter Haven Florida. Any replies would be appreciated!
