Proof of Funds when wholesaling?
What should a wholesaler do if the seller they are looking to go under contract with ask for a proof of funds, but you being the wholesaler does not have enough funds to show for? where should you go or what would you resort to in this situation or any tips you may have to resolve this bump in the road?
