I only use Oklahoma City Abstract if I have a choice. Amy Witt does a fantastic job and handles the needs of my difficult investors. :) They also have a wonderful system to handle my out of state client base.
They are locally owned, so they can work around some of the "corporate policies" that the other title companies have that give me headaches.

@Marcus Jernigan I typically use the team under Susan Mitts at Old Republic. Their fees are lower than many others, and they work with plenty of investors. Can't speak to whether or not they've worked with wholesalers, but I imagine they have.
I'm not familiar with your area, but I strongly recommend going to your local REI meetings. Network. And ask around. I found what sounds like a great new title company just last night!
