Good afternoon BP! I have a pretty hot lead and I believe my offer will be accepted since a it’s VERY close to the sellers asking price, my end buyers all have attorneys, but this is my first deal so I’d like to have an attorney of my own. Can anyone point me in the right direction here in Atlanta? I’d greatly appreciate it.
There's a closing firm that we use quite often by the name of Wessels and Gerber. They have offices here and there but mostly south of Atlanta. They have offices in Stockbridge, Newnan, Griffin, etc. We did two closing in the Griffin office today.
