I can’t find this owners number but I have family addresses should I just drop my card in all his families houses and wait for a respond

    @Walt Alexander,

    Do whatever it takes.  I mean don't be a nuisance, but definitely get in front of the seller.  Of course, I'm assuming there's real potential with the house you found.

    You can mail to them, drop a card as you suggested, knock on the doors, etc.

    Just be respectful.
