With the real estate market uncertainty I am looking for the best Real Estate Investment strategy this year. I am looking for advice from experts and those with experience investing virtually (wholesale, tax lien, foreclosure investing..etc)
Since you posted this in the wholesaling area, you're going to more than likely attract skewed answers. I would try a different forum that's more generic or strategy based.
That said, there's really only one person that can answer that question, and that's you. What are your goals? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What do you have to put into your business, effort, money, or both? What is your general risk tolerance? There's so much that goes into a person choosing how to pursue their future.
I'd recommend reading some book on real estate investment strategies.
Look brother, it doesn't matter what is going on in the world. As long as there are houses, and people need to pay for these houses, and pay to main tain them and deal with tenants.... people NEED to sell their house fast.
You do what you always have done that works for you.
The reason why I say SEO... well because now more then ever you need to make a lasting impression. You need to build authority and credibility. It doesn't come overnight. What else do you have to do now? You are stuck at home. Do SEO!
