I'm looking for investor friendly Title Companies or Closing Attorneys in Maryland, preferably in Montgomery County, MD that are familiar with Double Closings and Assignments.

Does anyone know of any in Montgomery County, MD or in the state of Maryland who are great for wholesaling deals?
