Greetings, I wanted know has anyone used digital marketing to target motivated sellers in your area?
If so, what is the conversion rate of getting leads that led to deals?
Currently, I鈥檝e been focused on direct mailings, bandit signs, and website for advertising. I want to build up a good pipeline of leads more efficiently & faster. Any ideas will be appreciated! 馃槉

Our main leads are generated by our website but it鈥檚 not as simple as getting a site and sitting back with leads. However once you prosper from it it鈥檚 the gift that keeps on giving.
