Hello everyone,
I’m a local from Fort Worth and have always wanted to get into real estate. I have just finished the “how to invest in real estate” book and I’m actively learning from podcasts and and other books.
I’m looking to apply my knowledge and act via wholesaling.

@Jesse Castrothanks for posting! Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. Bigger Pockets does have some good state specific forums and Texas is their most active forum. Feel free to post there if you ever need some more "local" advice about things.
I would certainly encourage you to get plugged in here locally. There are several groups that meet but the Texas Tuesday one is geared specifically for wholesalers. Here's a quick list:
