Hi, I'm in California hunting for my first wholesale deal. I'm aggressively networking pulling off-market lists and cold calling, also networking with Real Estate agents making 5 to 10 offers a day. No accepted offers yet. With the holiday's here now my anxiety level is rising. I have been going hard for a month now. SHOULD I WORK THROUGH THE HOLIDAY's or give it a rest.??
I love the grind David! Being steady is important but so is giving yourself some time to rest. Take a few days off. Spend it with your family and friends. If you want to feel like you’re not losing ground, read a book. Listen to some podcasts. Write some letters or cold text instead of cold calling. All of those things can move you towards your goals, while being a little more stress free. Happy holidays brothers!
100% work through the holidays! Of course enjoy some time off, but these months bring a lot of opportunity. A lot of other wholesalers and realtors are taking time off the phones, so you have a better chance to stand out.
I've also seen a lot more sellers answering during the holidays (they are home more). Deals are a number game, keep grinding and you will close more deals $$.
