California Dreaming of my first Deal
Hi, I'm in California hunting for my first wholesale deal. I'm aggressively networking pulling off-market lists and cold calling, also networking with Real Estate agents making 5 to 10 offers a day. No accepted offers yet. With the holiday's here now my anxiety level is rising. I have been going hard for a month now. SHOULD I WORK THROUGH THE HOLIDAY's or give it a rest.??
