Appreciate any recommendation for insurance brokers/agents for competitive landlord insurance quote for a duplex in St Paul that I am under contract.

We like Andrew Lange, google "insurance by referral Andrew Lange". His number should come up. He is an independent broker and has saved many of our clients thousands per year.
