Non-Renewal Notice 70 units in California

Mercury has dropped me. My building was built in 1975. I've asked my agent to inquire if there is any negotiating but pretty sure there is not. I called another agent who told me he could not find anyone to give me a quote. I'm sure I'm not alone here. What have others done?
