Non-Renewal Notice 70 units in California

Mercury has dropped me. My building was built in 1975. I've asked my agent to inquire if there is any negotiating but pretty sure there is not. I called another agent who told me he could not find anyone to give me a quote. I'm sure I'm not alone here. What have others done?

    @Christine I.

    California Fair Plan.

    I have them for a multi unit in Silverlake.

    Premiums have almost doubled, but at least they are insured.

       California Fair Plan may be my only option. Believe me, I will be grateful for any coverage!
