Finding a Property Insurance Provider - Multiple Single Family Properties

Adam M.
Posted

Hello Guys - I had a couple questions for those of you that own/manage multiple properties. I have 5 single family units at the moment and I have been using a local property insurance broker for the past 2 years. I don't have any real complaints however I feel like there has to be an easier way to go about this.

I have looked around online and found NREIG (National Real Estate Insurance Group). They seem like they offer a nice service with competitive rates. They also have an online portal that seems to work well. For those of you that have used them are you happy with how everything has been going?

Would anyone recommend any similar companies?

Thanks,

Adam
