I am closing on 2 Duplexes in Cleveland OH in 2 weeks and need recommendations on good renter's insurance companies.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Numerous carriers in that area. Obie, Auto-Owners, SafeCo, foremost and so on.

    Are you looking for renters insurance for your tenants or landlord insurance for you and your property?

       Landlord/Owners insurance for the property.
