Mid term / short term rental sandwich insurance companies
I have a studio adu on my Maine house property I am leasing out on furnished finders ( for now ) then I'd like to do STR with the adu for better ROI. I've heard about sandwich insurance policies on the PODCAST. Does anybody have any advice or recommendations referrals for any companies I could contact that would be in the Southern California area
