Seeking SoCal insurance help

My wife and I will be inheriting her father's condo in Orange County, CA. We are trying to find landlord insurance in the area and keep running into issues finding a quote that will work for a condo or is reasonably priced. Any recommendations are appreciated. Our primary is with American family.
