In Need of Rental Home Owners Insurance
Current HO policy trying to force me to install 2nd egress from 3rd floor attic apartment. While I understand it's necessary I would be the only 3fam with an exterior stair case in entire town. Have had property 5 years now and curious why this year it's an issue? Have had several policies in past never mentioned it's an issue. Before spend thousands wanted to hear BP thoughts of possible solutions.
