Tips on finding Existing Outdoor Hospitality Properties for Sale

Looking for Tips on how to find places that have multiple cabins or additional dwellings on a property that I could live on and run. I am aware of Crexi, Bizbuysell, and Loopnet and reach out when I see something for sale on those sites. But I am wondering if there is any good Keywords for Zillow, or any websites where something like this may stand out more or any tips someone may have for finding these type of properties in CO.

Google Maps, Just Search RV Park or Campground in the area you want to look and you can build a list of properties to call. You can then use AI to build a Data Table from that information (This may take a bit of work to figure out but you can do it). 

Then just start making calls. :)

    1) Research Zoning of similar property

    2) Do search with same zoning criteria with propertyradar or have title company give you a list.

    3) Possibly filter by satellite photos to eliminate undesirable topography.

     So far, it has been setting up searches on LoopNet, Crexi, BizBuySell, and checking out Zillow with keywords like "Cabin, cabins, resort, resorts, multiple, venue, campground" That has helped me find some that I reach out to. I think talking with a Broker in the Industry would be helpful too

    @Cliff Benner and @Mitchell Gunlock  The very best place to find RV parks for sale are at trade shows. I exhibit and talk at them about available tax benefits and cash flow that too many miss. At the last show I attended, our booth was directly across from a RE broker of RV Parks. Let me know if I can be of help.

       I had decent luck with "Commercial" i found a few motels that didn't pop with "motel"

       Thanks Audrey! I know Maine is gorgeous, but I just can't leave the Rocky Mountains. Hopefully i will find something preferably here in CO, but maybe even WY, UT, MT, or ID.
