Hi folks - I am in the market for a Property Manager in the Rochester area for a 12 unit property. Is the below fee schedule normal?

HVAC Cleaning & Inspection Gutter Cleaning Spring/Fall Exterior Cleanup Seasonal Mowing & Weed Trimming Seasonal Snow Plowing General Contractor	Vendor Cost + 10% Oversight Fee
