Akron for an out of state investor

I have been monitoring the Akron market for a few months and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for neighborhoods to avoid. Any information is appreciated!

Hey Konsatntinos, I have a neighborhood map that I can send to you. But the two main cities I would avoid in Akron is Firestone park, Elizabeth Park, and Cascade Valley. 

 Why on earth would you eliminate Firestone Park over several other areas in Akron? I guess an out of towner might have a different idea of where "Firestone Park" is.
