Buy through Roofstock

Janice H.
Posted
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has recently bought through Roofstock and could share their experiences. In looking through the past discussions on this all the posts seemed to be over 5 years old.  My husband and I are thinking of investing out of state and were considering buying through Roofstock.  I reached out to Roofstock to see if we could ask some questions but it looks like you can't speak to anyone from their company until you express a desire to buy a property.  I'm curious what experience others have had buying through Roofstock.  Also, are the comps provided for properties on their site accurate and have the owners actually had tenants (can you view rent histories?) or is that just want the owners are guess-timating?  Lastly, have others bought without actually seeing the property and what do people think about buying an out state property without viewing it first hand?

Thanks!
Janice
