Hi All

relative newbie who self manages 3 doors in New York state. looking for next purchase duplex or SFH for LTR. What is the consensus on the Knoxville Metro area. Some say hot some say deals are not there based on Price/Rent ratio. Interested in hearing everyone's take on this
