Columbus 4-unit under contract: Seeking local insights & advice
I am currently under contract on a 4 unit multi in Columbus. It's in the Hilltop/West Gate area. Does anyone have experience in this area they would be willing to share with me? I'm out of state so haven't had boots on the ground yet. With that, I am going on Tuesday and Wednesday. Would love to meet up with anyone with connections, experience, or advice to help me with my due diligence period!

Hilltop/Westgate is incredibly block-by-block. If your agent or wholesaler didn't give you a street-by-street breakdown before you signed, you need to walk that neighborhood at 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM during your visit. Best of luck with your due diligence.
