Nathi Townhomes in Palm Bay, Florida is a Ghost Town

Posted

I am an investor of Nathi Townhomes LLC in Palm Bay, Florida. On 4/21/2022 I submitted a down payment in Escrow to Barbosa Legal in Miami. As of 6/23/2025 the Nathi Townhomes project is incomplete (zero activity with substantial weather damage to the buildings). On 4/23/2024 I submitted a formal request to the seller of the townhomes for a full refund, the response was received and forwarded to the builder, but I have not yet received any email response from the builder. I have been proactive in communicating my frustrations and lack of communication from the builder to the seller for about 9-months now, but no follow up has been received from the builder. On 6/20/2025 I sent another email directly to the builder requesting a full refund of my down payment, but I have not received a response as of 6/23/2025. The Palm Bay building department is actively trying to contact the builder with no success. No return phone calls by the builder as of 6/23/2025 was noted by the city of Palm Bay. I am actively seeking a full refund of my security deposit so I can be whole again. What else can I do to contact the builder in order to activate my refund?
