Hi, I’m new to this group. I started investing in the Philippines 10 years ago. Started with a condo unit and now i have 3 all paid off and a decent size of land close to the new airport that they are currently building. The 3 condo units are providing minthly cashflow. I’m working on acquiring 5 units of townhouses pre-construction.

Also from the Philippines here. I'm still a freshman in college and I'll be getting my real estate agent license next year due to having a requirement of finishing at least until sophomore year. I would really be interested in learning more about the market in the Philippines and I believe this forum post will be really informative so I'll be following it from here on out. Hope I could learn from your replies and stay safe from COVID 19!

@Shariff Olis maybe you could tell us more about how you find deals in your area. would be nice to compare notes on property markets in Manila and Cebu.
