Real estate investor and founder building tools for investors!

Hi all - I am an early real estate investor with one long-term rental property in New York and one short-term rental in California. Looking to add a third to my portfolio this year. Happy to join this hub of fellow investors! Additionally, I am a founder of a Saas startup built for real estate investors and their deal team. Would love to connect with any other investors to learn their pain points and other tech builders who are open to collaboration. Looking forward to engaging.

Welcome Alyssa! I am also working on something (both for myself to use and for my investor clients). Happy to connect to see what you are building :)

    Hello Alyssa!

Welcome to the group, and congratulations on building your portfolio. It's great to see you're investing across both long-term and short-term rentals.

I'm Jonathan, and I work with rental property owners, helping them earn more while doing less through technology, market insights, full-service property management, and co-living strategies.

I'd be interested in learning more about your SaaS platform and hearing what problems you're solving for investors.

    Looking forward to connecting!

Welcome! It sounds like you’re already past the learning stage and actively building a portfolio, which is great to see.

I’m also a California-based real estate investor and agent, and I’m always interested in connecting with other investors who are actively acquiring properties and thinking about scaling.

I think the SaaS angle is especially interesting. A lot of the investors I talk with struggle with analyzing deals efficiently, organizing information, and keeping track of opportunities as their portfolios grow.

I’d be interested in hearing more about what you’re building and also what markets you’re looking at for your third property. Are you thinking more California, New York, or exploring other markets for the next acquisition?
