Hard money loan for auction fix and flio

Has anyone ever done a hard money loan for a fix and flip on a property that is going to auction? This property has an ARV of roughly 280k and was foreclosed on. It was listed for a while on Zillow and never sold so it's getting ready for auction. This property has some roof damage and a leak but an inspection has confirmed that's really the only issue. It's one of the few auction properties that's also allowing tours inside the property. I want to do a fix and flip or potentially fix it up for my family since we're looking for a larger house anyway and was wondering if anyone has any experience with hard money loans for an auctioned property.
