New to Wholesaling in North Carolina – Looking to Learn & Build My Network

Hey everyone! My name is Tahteon, and I’m from Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m new to wholesaling and have been spending my time learning about ARV, comping properties, analyzing deals, and understanding how the wholesale process works.

My goal is to complete my first wholesale deal the right way while building genuine relationships with investors, cash buyers, and other wholesalers along the way.

I’d love to hear from experienced investors:

  • What do you look for when working with a new wholesaler?
  • What’s one mistake you wish you had avoided when you were starting out?
  • If you could give one piece of advice to someone trying to land their first deal, what would it be?

If you’re investing anywhere in North Carolina, I’d love to connect and learn more about your buying criteria. I’m here to learn, provide value where I can, and build long-term relationships.

Looking forward to learning from everyone. Thanks!

Hey Tahteon, I've bought a ton of properties from wholesalers over the years in Charlotte, would be happy to help you get started/answer any questions you have!
