Looking to get into Commercial Real Estate

Hello, I’m currently looking for a Sponsor for my California real estate license, it would help me take the first step towards creating affordable housing, supportive sober living communities, and foster-care projects designed to give people more than a home, it would be a real opportunity for a better life. This has been my dream for years,  and I finally have the opportunity to take it, I just need a little assistance , if anyone has a career program set up to help others obtain their licensing that would be greatly appreciated.
