Mid Term Deposits
Let's say you have a $1100/mo space for rent as a mid-term rental and you are NOT using Airbnb to list and collect fees...what are you collecting as a security deposit?

Half month’s rent is typical. If their stay is only 30 days then a full month’s deposit is a little high. Now, if you have a lease for over 7 or 8 months and it’s a construction crew of ten that’s another story.
