Anytime properties are connected whether that be land or financing it makes me anxious about resale. I always want a quick exit strategy and avoid unusual properties or complicated situations.

From the hosting side I'd worry about privacy before adding another cabin. Can guests see straight into the next hot tub? Hear the next group all night? You can fit more buildings on the land and still make every stay harder to sell.
