Besides being very suspect of being AI written (emojis, bold type face... if only there were some emdashes to really seal the deal), I can't speak for every house in Ohio, but in all the pre-1960's houses I have bought (which basically all of mine and coming up on 30 properties), these are not hidden by any means.
Most houses of this era do not have finished basements, so it is quite easy to see knob and tube and bowing foundation walls.
To you actual question, I guess not much. My flips are full demo remodels, so hard to be surprised when it is all going anyways. But I guess the sheer cost of things these days. First flip budget was around $25k in 2015. Current flip budget is about $550k (granted bigger property, higher end finishes, and dramatically higher sale price). But the "surprises" simply don't exist once you have done a few flips.
