Security Camera Setup/Cost

Hi Everyone, I have an 8-unit apartment building in Central Illinois. This is a 2 store brick building in a small town. We are looking to add security cameras to the front, back, and both sides with motion sensor lights and live feed to our phone. I am curious if anyone has any advice on companies, what to watchout for, ballpark cost to budget for, etc.
