    Welcome, Aaron! Being both an agent and investor gives you a nice perspective, especially when you’re seeing deals from both sides. If you ever decide to look outside Utah, I’d put the Midwest on your radar too. I work closely in OH, and it’s always good to connect with other investors who are actively buying.
