Hey everyone! I’m Robert. I originally got into real estate with the goal of becoming an investor. I’m currently an active agent, but quickly realized being licensed doesn’t necessarily teach you the investing side of real estate. Excited to be here, learn from experienced investors, make connections, and grow!

Welcome, @Robert Quinones ! You’re absolutely right—being a great agent and becoming a successful investor require overlapping but different skill sets. Your market knowledge and deal experience give you a strong foundation, and this community is a great place to learn from others who have made that transition.

Welcome! Join the investment groups, networking events in your area. Attend meet ups! If your ultimate goal is to service investors, become one yourself! It is easier to speak a language you are fluent in than speak from the experience of helping others IMO.
