Any recommendations for Commercial Conferences

I plan to attend BP con next year, but as a goal for 2027 I want to make it to 2-3 other conferences also. I generally go to the Urgent Care association conference in mid april, and would like to add a "commercial" type conference. I know there is ICSC in Vegas, not sure I want to go that big but I would like it to be some kind of "site selection" or development type angle even if not the entire focus of the show.

Any recommendations or feedback on shows you've been to before that are worth looking into?

    I will make a show just for you, since your BP. Would recommend you tie a trip to the Omaha area during the College Baseball World Series this spring. Stay downtown Omaha and enjoy the revitalized area. Or if you can get tickets to the Ohio State/Nebraska Football game come that week, then go to the game. Stay at the Cornhusker hotel in Lincoln that day and night before, go tailgating. Saturday before Thanksgiving though. Games you would be on your own.

    I will show you Self Storage and Country Subdivision Site Selection, development, finance, operation.

    If you want, I can walk you thru investing in Belize and Teak Plantations.

    Will get my Buddy to show you Industrial tear down/build he is just erecting, plus two industrial locations he bought for rent or development, Retirement home reno to apartment complex using Flood money.

    Will get our largest CRE Agent/Owner of Heartland Properties to go over two Data Centers he was part of and an overview of the long-term Commercial Development of Council Bluffs, next to Omaha. Depends on his schedule.

    Only if you like it. $1,000 donation to our local Scout Troop 243 in our hometown of Glenwood. Otherwise, Free. Nothing our way.

    If you find a better CRE show, let me know. I would go to it.

    Sidenote these other conferences typically run $3-$7k, significantly more expensive than sfr conferences
