Hi everyone,
I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community! I'm a real estate wholesaler based in Dallas, Texas, primarily focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth market, while also working on virtual wholesale opportunities in select markets nationwide.
My goal is to build strong relationships with investors, wholesalers, agents, and other real estate professionals. I believe in creating win-win opportunities through honesty, clear communication, and consistency.

Welcome, Darryl! Glad to have you here. I always enjoy connecting with investors who focus on building relationships first. I'm based in West Virginia and primarily invest in smaller markets, so it's a different approach than DFW, but it's always interesting to see how different markets operate. I have a previous student and friend named Ethan who works DFW. Wishing you a lot of success, and I look forward to seeing you around the community.

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Darryl J. Jones! I like that you mentioned honesty and clear communication because those things matter just as much as finding the deal. Especially when several people are involved in a transaction, everyone should understand their role, what has been agreed to, and what needs to happen next.
I’m a real estate attorney, broker, and investor, and I’ve worked with investors where the biggest issue wasn’t necessarily the property itself. Sometimes expectations were different, something in the contract was misunderstood, or important details were not communicated clearly early enough. Those experiences have made me appreciate people who take the relationship and communication side seriously.
